How to keep track coupon recipients?

I couldn't find a way to keep track to whom did I sent coupons to, when I sent it, and other important details.

Please advise. Thanks.

You could make a custom report for this ...

There isn't one at this time that comes with Zen Cart ...

searching for some answers on coupon reports, this would be a good idea and have the report reflect what orders it was used on.
came here to see if for now there would be a quick and dirty way to pull this from the database.
I have a custom sales report that shows discounts, but doesn't say for what.
I have had too many discounts and I need to know where they were used.....

For now, thanks to Ajeh's post, I have removed the coupon and discount modules
