Category Navigation menu needs to head up?

Hi all,

After a couple of hours play I can't find an answer so hopefully someone can help me out - thanks in advance.

The Category Navigation menu currently sits under my header image with a gap between the two... I would dearly love to close this gap up but I am totally lost as to what to change to achieve this.

I have even tried making the header image "taller" but it just disappeared down "behind" the gap between it and the Cat Nav menu.

I am probably being thick, but if anyone can point me in the right direction I would be a happy bunny :)
