Default Write only permisions on configure.ini

Ok, everything is installed an running correctly. I can not get rid of the red error box indicating that the permisions are not set correctly for the configure.ini file.

I've got to the server (which is right next to me, not a remote server). I've gone to the file by navigating to it through 'my computer', right clicking on the file, properties, and under the 'security' tab, I've removed all of the inheritted permsions and only selected 'read'.

I am still getting the error.

    Any ideas?

I'm sorry.. I meant configure.php.... It's the same path shown in the error box.

Welp, I'm not sure if I did the right thing... depends on if anything is written to the 'includes' folder, but I made the folder and all it contents 'read-only'.

This got rid of the error, but now the test is to see if everyhing still works...

So.. if things are 'written' in this folder, I image things are going to be screwed up.
