How many zones are listed for Australia in Admin->Locations/Taxes->Zones ?

I worked it out i had a problem the other day and i must have uploded the wrong patch i just got the 17 of june one from your thread and did a re-install and its has now worked on my test payment. i will check and see if it also fixed the extra sate form.

Australia has 1 GST for all 8 states.

It's important that the correct patch files are installed, and into the right folders.

Were there really only those 4 log files? I would have expected about 10.

Anyway, can you please verify that you have installed the *latest* PayPal patch ? Much like Furitech thought the latest was installed, it was in fact not truly the latest.

I'm having also somewhat similar problems. US is being selected as country every time, but the logs says that [country] = FI (Finland) is sent to PayPal.

I'm using only PayPal IPN, and updated to the latest patch today.

Ive already used this fix page in the past, im on 1.3.7 and just maybe thats why my site is getting problems since that change Zen is posting 1.3.8?
I have had two missed order using paypal & the errors are;

Reading the error code, (is there a list of these somewhere?) and the empty field, where does the problem lie.

The country field and state on this one was blank, but surely if the customer fields are *required how is it customers can avoid adding such important parts of addresses like the COUNTRY & a telephone number!
The previous entry was as follows;

This one did NOT have United Kingdom missing but same error. State field empty though.
