I'm in testing mode right now for my site. My store is in Indiana and when I enter a customer with a shipping state address of California, they are charged IN sales tax. Which they should not be. I have both settings set to SHIPPING for:
Basis of Product Tax : Shipping
Basis of Shipping Tax : Shipping
What else am I missing?
