Lost my "Home" and "Log In" on the navbar

I made some changes to get rid of an extra line under the nav bar, and in the process I lost the "Home" and "Log in" links inside the top and bottom nav bar. Anyone know how to retrieve it? I'm not even sure what I did to lose it!

I have my cart set up on my local computer - (bought the new book!) -

Change back to the classic template and see if they return

yes, the came back - but there is also a line under the navbar. It looks like the tile_bak.gif is starting to repeat itself and shows a little piece of it starting to repeat. This is what I was trying to combat when I changed things and now its back!

A standard default classic template does not do what you have posted ???

Might check another install.
