Your host has apparently imposed some memory restrictions exposing a resource problem in Zen Cart.
You need to apply the patch fix in this post:

Seems to be a permissions issue perhaps?
One of your products seems to be configured to use this for an image:
    http://katstamps.com/Store/images/thanksword.jpg
... but when the browser tries to load it, it gets 404-file-not-found.

Small likelihood, but is there a .htaccess file that's blocking things?

It is named .htaccess, and you may not be able to see it if you have set "show hidden files" off. It is there for security, to control unauthorized access to files.

ok.. I found a file called .htaccess but I don't know what it's supposed to look like.. the contents of mine are VERY minimal.. Is it supposed to be a large file?

it's doing the exact same thing.. so.. what does that mean? does that change anything that we are looking for?

Try temporarily renaming that .htaccess file to htaccess_OFF to see if it's related in any way.

ok... but I found more than one file that's named that. Is there a directory that I should be looking in for a specific file?
