Blank page after moving create_account.php to override folder

Hi,

I have a problem when copying create_account.php to the override directory, upon creating a new account, I get forwarded to a blank page. This happens even if I do not modify the create_account.php file. The welcome email actually gets sent succesfully and also appears in "Admin->Tools->Email Welcome", just that after creating an account, I do not get forwarded to the confirmation screen.

If I delete the file from the override directory, everything works back to normal.

Does anyone have any idea how I may fix this?

Either provide more detail on what you are doing or a url to the site as most here will not post to one that does not provide enough to go on(we do not like to guess)...

what template are you using?
what directory is it in "name"
what dir did you copy the override to?

Have you tried to do this with the classic template active?
Does this work?

Sorry, the url is http://www.thebooktrove.com . I'm using the nifty zen template, and it works with the classic template.

The problem is when I try to change the welcome email by copying create_account.php to the override directory "booktrove", and modifying it. After this, whenever I create a new account, I get forwarded to a blank url instead of the confirmation screen. But the welcome email gets sent successfully and it also appears successfully in Admin->Tools->Email Welcome.

I tried not modifying create_account.php and just copying the original to the override directory and the problem still persists. Deleting the file from the override directory fixes it the blank page problem.

I checked the error logs and see this error there:
