sorry for discussing about this old topic again but i have the same problem as sunny747 has.. In paypal, it shows only these two things and then the total

JJ Shop Purchase
Store Receipt $100 (for example)

Which also means when that when the customer sends the money through paypal, what i will get on paypal IPN is just "store receipt" right??

This would definitely make things difficult to organise.

And for some reason if the customer wants to claim again, it would also be difficult because it doesn't show the item that the person has bought right?
