I want to upgrade to the latest version, how can i do this without losing all my customer records and products, is it easy to do?
whats the proceedure?
do i just delete my store and just tell the new is install where the database is?
please help im stuck!

Have you read the explanation about upgrading that is in the FAQ? Or the upgrade readme file that is in the docs folder of your Zen Cart installation? If not, I'd recommend starting there and then coming back with any specific questions or problems that you may have following the process.
