Email customizing - gift certificate/coupon

I'm having trouble on finding where to modify email templates. I am needing to modify the Gift Coupon/Certificate email because it is sending my login name instead of my name. Is there somewhere that I can change my name?

Most of the email templates are in /email folder - but many use defined variables and you might first try the admin > config > my store and set these to the correct values
