Hi, I'm very new to all of this stuff, and I thought that it was an easy thing to add a product but every time I try I get this message after clicking the insert button

And I don't have a clue whats going on, not a programer, or anything, If someone knows whats going on and can help I'd really appreciate it. I don't know if its the Canada Post module thats causing the problem or not. But please help, someone
