Default Error on Checkout....Someone Help Please!

    Hi all,

I am getting an error message while final chckout i.e. after payment optios. The order gets placed fine. I get an email confirmation. But after checkout an error is displayed as shown below. Then, when i refresh the screen by pressing 'F5' it takes me back to empty shopping cart. What could be the reason?
