Occasional HTTP 500 Internal Server Errors

I'm getting occasional 500 internal server errors when navigating around my cart. An excerpt of the server logs are below, but I don't know how to decipher it. Can anyone provide guidance of where to go? Thanks.

Hi,

As a starting point I would make sure that your computer is not infected with virus/spyware.

.rmvb files (as mentioned in the logs) are RealMedia files. Theses are typically used by bittorrent/peer to peer software.

I've realized that the errors in the log below aren't generating from my IP - so perhaps somemone else has a virus. However, here's an error message from zencart directory from my IP address.

Is this something I have control over, or if I'm getting the error occasionally might other people be getting it as well (I realize the error is for the admin area, but I occasionally get it for the cart as well)? Thanks.

Hello,

I am having exactly the same problem. Internal Server Errors (#500). Mostly
in Admin, but sometimes in the store as well.

It seems to be happening when the database is being accessed, but can't
say for sure.

Any help would be appreciated.
