larger image popup to same small image

I need a little help here it's been 4 hours and there is not thread that explains the problem or has a solution. http://www.karengunna.com/k_zen/ click purses look for a purse image. click it. click 'larger image' and you'll popup to the same image. it worked before i added multiple images. THEY popup to the _lrg image but the original product doesn't. now i have batched images/a_kgunna/(small images).jpg " "/medium/(imagename)_med.jpg and " "/large/(imagename)_lrg.jpg ftp'd those two directories up and i have tried ftp'ing and just using zencart's 'add image to product' and all of the time now i click 'larger image' and get the same image. i have made NO changes to php files, only the admin and i switched back to the classic tmeplate and exactly the same thing happens. PLEASE HELP... and get this... there's no help at all in the $80 estart Zen Book!

i read that one already i can assure you i had the image naming correct as well as the settings and the directory names. it worked once like i said then when i uploaded the rest of the files it stopped working. i have since removed them all and just have the large images scaled back. I scanned through the code and found some possible reasons in the php. i'm no expert but there is code in there that looks for the smallest image and allows it to post which is exactly what happened. i also have a backup cart installed on another domain and it functions normally. there is definately a bug somewhere between the admin and the php it controls. when i become more advanced at zen i'll track it down for now i'm stuck with scaled images that are huge. perhaps in the future the admin section will have a map diagram of what the small med and lrg images are called for quick reference. this i have found is seriously lacking in the book and the admin section, calling an image an image 25 times but adding terms product in front or behind it surely doesn't clarify anything. thanks for trying i'll try to update this post if i have time to waste on images in the coming days maybe find a bug and win a zen prize?!

twitchtoo, I'm getting a larger image on ALL of your purses. Everything seems to be working just fine. Maybe it could just be your browser cache?

thanks, i know i gave up like the other people and uploaded all the big pics just having zen auto scale. i bought the book scanned the forums there's nothing and i don't have time to fiddle right now. like i said in the last posting when i find the error i'll clearly spell it out ... assuming i can find it. I'm enjoying being stumped on define pages verses ez pages that seem to be stored in the database where i can't edit thier html via Dreamweaver... i'm not feeling the zen right now.

I too am having the same problem. From what I read in instructions, I'm supposed to be doing this-

images/bunny.jpg
images/medium/bunny_MED.jpg
images/large/bunny_LRG.jpg
I did that, then I tried to put them all in the www.thefabulousfarmhouse.com/images/
that didn't work either. Whichever size I load on the listing is what I get when I click on "larger image" link under the photo in the product listing page. It seems the only way around this, is to list the largest photo, which I'd really rather not do being as how I'll be having hundreds of items on the web page. If someone has an easier softer way, please let me know :) Thanks!

i don't install the image handle 2 ... so can i solve this problem without install it? any one can help ?

If you have the exact same problem, then i did notice on the karengunna site the path looks like this http://www.karengunna.com/images//a_kgunna/3zip.jpg

The two slashes in the path may be the problem, this is probably through incorrectly editing the product_details template

I had the same problem with two slashes, found it was the leading slash of the image path I uploaded with easy populate ie.
/categories/Bangles/AE20081120-016.jpg
image path should be:
categories/Bangles/AE20081120-016.jpg.

Now I have a problem! my images are in
http://www.amberon.co.uk/images/cate...081120-016.jpg I have also got http://www.amberon.co.uk/images/larg...081120-016.jpg and the medium folders in place, But all my images use the main image folder not the _MED or _LRG. My product info image is only 100x100 but is set to 200x200 in configuration images page and it still uses the lge image file I have to keep in the images/categories/Bangles/ folder.
The realy weid thing is that it works perfectly on my testing server, please help!!!!
