Im new to zen cart and e-commerce site development but really like everthing I have seen before. I noticed there are two instruction books available, "the complete owners manual e-start your web store"
and "zen cart: building an online store the zen way"
the complete owners manual seems good because it shows you how to create a local version to test but the zen cart book seems more convenient because you can downloan an ebook version.
Which book is best?

You want the "eStart your Web Store" book that's linked at the top of this forum -- it's the official book thats authorized by the dev team......
"zen cart: building an online store the zen way" is several years old and wasnt worth a damn when it was written.Zen cart PCI compliant Hosting

There is only ONE that is endorsed by the Zen Cart team - e-Start Your Web Store With Zen Cart.
