I followed haredo's method here detailing how to remove the requirement for the customer's telephone number during account creation. It works form the customer side... but today I tried to change a customers email details via admin> customers when I clicked update after the change the following error message popped upped and stop me from completing the customer details update:
Errors have occurred during the processing of your form!
Please make the following corrections:
* The 'Telephone Number' entry must have at least 0 characters.
So the requirement for a telephone number still stands in the store adminI have customer telephone number activated at the moment, but as it's required length is set to 0 in admin making it optional for the customer.. but not for me in admin
How can I fix this?
