Blank Options Values Manager Page

I've been setting up a zen cart site to replace my existing site. I've got thousands of products listed with all of the attribute set up. Well, I went to add more options values throught the options values manager and all I get is a blank page. The options name manager works just fine. The attributes controller does too. I checked the file: options_values_manager.php and it complete with not modifications. Has anyone else had this issue? Where do I go from here?

You might try reloading the file incase something is bad or corrupt about it ...
