    Default search engine in custom template

    I'm looking to insert the Zen Cart search engine into my current site. I already have a spot for it in the upper right corner of my template:

    http://www.sportsboardscentral.com/s...php?main_page=

    I'm not sure where to pull it from or how to insert it...I could really use a hand on this one. Hopefully it's as simple as copying and pasting code but then again what is simple...really?

    How about even easier than that? you can just turn it on in Admin>tools>Layout Boxes Controller>search_header.php
    Teach them to shop and they will shop today;
    Teach them to Zen and they will OWN a shop tomorrow!

    This did work but it inserted it at the very top of the cart itself. I'm looking to place it somehow in my template. My template header has a spot in the table where I would like it to go...can I do this??

    Please follow my link in my first post for an update view.
    Here is part of my code (text in red where I need search engine):

    <div id="pageHeader">
    <table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="800" height="151">
    <tr>
    <td rowspan="2"><img name="SBC_header_r1_c1" src="../../../../images/PNG's/SBC_header_r1_c1.gif" width="474" height="137" border="0" id="SBC_header_r1_c1" alt="" /></td>
    <td height="110" colspan="7"><span class="style1">Search engine here!!!!
    </span>
    </td>
    <td><img src="file://../../../../images/PNG's/spacer.gif" width="1" height="110" border="0" alt="" /></td>

    I GOT IT!!!
    I used your suggestion and inserted the search bar via the Admin....I found the code and then copied and pasted where I needed it in my header table. Then went back and disabled the search in Admin again...working great...Thank You

    Xanfar, You're welcome, although, right after my last post, I had to leave, so I really don't feel like I helped much. Sounds like you got it by yourself.

    You helped more than you know Get Em Fast because until you mentioning how to turn the search engine on...I didn't know where to find it and I never would have found the code.

    Now that I have it up and running, this brings up my next question of how to sort the results. Is it possible to sort these by category or subcategory so the categories appear between results and can I enter extra keywords for items?

    Thanks again
