Hi, I've been struggling with this one, here is the problem:
I am using Conor's regionTables mod.

I would like to set up normal(UK) deliver rates based on weight-(no problem with this part), but my client would like to offer free delivery within a(confined) geographical location, based on orders over £500.
I am at a loss as to how to configure this!
