Removing product weight and quantity

Hello
I am trying to remove product weight and quantity available from the product info page so customers can't see it. I've tried Admin>Configuration>Product Info/Product Listing/All Listing etc, and setting the display to "0" for off, but it doesn't seem to work.
Can anyone help me please?

Did you peek in the Catalog ... Product Types ... Edit Layout ...

Thanks for the update that the missing settings for the product _info pages were in the Catalog ... Product Type ... Edit Layout ... settings ...

Ah, a great page to find. This allowed acces to so many features I wanted to turn off and I never looked for that Edit Layout Tab - so much more was hiding in there. Thanks!
