Default Received error after patch installed

I uploaded the new patch for Paypal and when I tried to go to the admin module for payments I get this error:

Cannot redeclare class paypal in /data/14/1/76/6/1239332/user/1321401/htdocs/zencart/catalog/includes/modules/payment/paypal.php on line 23

Do I need to re-upload the patch?

    Try reloading the patch ...

Make sure that you did not rename the old file and leave it there as these are self-loading directories ...

If you want to rename a file and leave it, use something like:
    paypal.php_OLDFILE

This will prevent a payment module from being loaded twice ...

I'm still receiving this same exact error and I've tried reuploading the most recent patch files (March 17) about three times. I don't see any of the older files either. Also, I don't have Paypal under my payment modules any more? *confused*

Most recent PayPal patch is the 21st ...

Look in the directory, via FTP of:
    /includes/modules/payments

Peek at each file on your server do they each contain a line something like, using moneyorder.php for example:
    PHP Code:
      class moneyorder
Peek at each file on your server in the directory:
    /includes/languages/english/modules/payments

Do these each contain lines starting with define

Do you have any files that are in the:
    /includes/modules/payments

That do not have a match in:
    /includes/languages/english/modules/payments

You most likely installed a payment module file into the languages folder instead of the payment module folder.

Make sure you loaded the files to the correct folders as embedded in the patch/zip file.

The good news is my shopping cart now works...the bad news is I can't get into my admin panel and am getting this message:

I had been attempting to upload this patch that I had also missed before: zen-cart-v1.3.7-xss-patch.zip and that's when my admin panel went down.

I'm going to attempt to upload fresh files from the install package itself and disregard that xss patch. The ******** are replacing my username.
