Problem solved:

You must gain access to the database in MYPHPADMIN and then delete all the entries within the tables for ZEN_MEDIA_MANAGER, ZEN_MEDIA_TO_PRODUCT, and ZEN_MEDIA_CLIPS.

Then log on to your account and select MEDIA MANAGER from the menu and start the entries from scratch. Insert the media collection name and then upload the file to associate the clip, then assign it to a product.
