I need to add a drop down list to the members area of podcasts that the user can select from. Without the zen-cart mechanism, I would use a POST after they'd finished their selection or jquery. I'm not sure how to do this in zen-cart. Any pointers would be very much appreciated.

I also want to integrate jquery (javascript and ajax) in and I'm not quite sure what files to override and how to make that work within the existing framework. Is there any documentation on either of these mods?
