Creating Individual Customer Orders and Invoices

Is there an easy way to create an individual order, composed of products that are not publicly available to the rest of your customers, and then create an individual invoice for that customer? Or just creating a product only available to one individual customer?

Not yet. All processed orders are not grouped users friendly. They're all products ordered within one email confirmation order generated for each orders.
