    Default Not receiving emails from Contact Us page

    Hello,

    I've been running through my site trying to seek out bugs, and I may have found one. I am not receiving emails from the form on the "contact us" page. I've played around with the email transport option to non avail. I've also set up a phony account and played around with the tell a friend option, to which I did receive emails from, just not from the form on the "contact us" page. Hopefully, I can still receive emails for orders. I currently have the email transport option on its default (php). Any clues for fixing this. Thanks.

    How do you have the email for the contact us listed in your Admin?

    I'm having the same problem. I believe that I have the email for the contact us set up properly, but just to make sure, where would that be found?

    I am getting emails when I get orders, and I just turned on the archiving feature so I can at least see the contact us emails in the database in phpmyadmin, but they still aren't coming to me. Not in my junk folder either.

    eta: tell a friend emails are also working.

    Under 'Set "Contact Us" Email Dropdown List', I have a working email set up. I did a ctrl+F for the contact us under:

    Admin> Configuration> Email Settings> Contact Us
    Didn't find that in my list of options. Maybe there is something missing? I don't believe there is, but what do you think?

    Do you have it in the proper format?

    If just 1 email for the dropdown:
    Customer Service <testing@your_domain.com>
    If more than 1 email for the dropdown:
    Customer Service <testing@your_domain.com>, Billing <testing2@your_domain.com>, Support <testing3@your_domain.com

    yes, my settings are correct. I only have one email set up. it looks like this

    Although I can't be 100% sure, I'm fairly certain that this option used to work as I throughly tested the site before it went live in Jan. My husband, who handles all the hosting on our own server, said nothing has changed.

    ps* Is there a space between the name and the address? If not add one, see if things change.

    Are you able to send emails via the Admin from the Tools ... Send EmMail ... option?
