I am trying to install the cybersource payment module. I am at a step where I need to upload HOP.php to store/includes/modules/payment/cybersource. Problem is I cannot upload the HOP file into that specific directory. The folder is not locked and I have tried both a FTP program (WS_FTP Pro) and web based provided by my host. Any suggestions will be greatly aprreciated, Thanks.
