Collections Page (Info Only)

Hello,

I would like to have a category called "Collections" and within that category would be a list of all the "collections" I sell. When you look at each collection, it has a picture of all of the products together in that collection and a description of each product. At this point in time I don't necessarily need to be able to add each item to the cart from that screen (though it would be nice in the future, if anyone has any ideas!) I just need to basically say "This is everything that is a part of this collection" and the customer can go to each item individually and buy which ones they'd like. Does anyone know how to do this? I don't know how to set it up so that the entire page is information only and doesn't have an "add to cart" option.

Nevermind... I think I got it. I just made the category of Collections and within the category I created "Document General" products with the collection information.
