did you have any visitors since you installed supertracker? Normally the installation reinstalls the supertracker table, so at the beginning it is empty.

Yes, I have had new people register on the site and orders placed. After I installed it, I hopped on my website from a second computer and it didn't show any data.

When installing, did you rename the YOUR_TEMPLATE folder to your own template for

includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/jscript/jscript_supertracker.php

Yes I did. Logged into my ftp just now, it shows: /includes/templates/bask_black/jscript/jscript_supertracker.php

yeah, I went thru and double checked that all the filese were in the correct place. I am somewhat capable but I have not idea why its not working.

and I am guessing your cache folder is also empty? still can't reproduce the error

cache folder on my internet browser? I've tried multiple browsers and get the same.
