Have been using 2CO for a couple of years. Today, we had two orders that were not returned to the cart. Anyone else seeing this?

This was on that other cart that we know about. This was probably related...

As per new policy of 2co its necessary for them to know the name of the product can any body help me how to resolve this problem

I have installed contribution

but its not showing the name of the product in checkout list.

Please help me.

Yep,

It's a pain in the ########. What you have to do is upload all of your products into the 2checkout database.

If you don't, you get invoices with product numbers that say cart 1, or something similar.

I'm almost sorry I signed up with them because of this, but it's the only way to pay that works right now.

Anyway, I tried it and I'm still not seeing my products in the 2checkout vendor page.

I'll make a video of how I made the file. Do you have MS Excel?

The issues with the 2CO went away like magic (there must have been a server issue on their end or our end that one day). As for the Excel, I do have that. Some time ago, someone created a contribution that would take the info from the Zen Cart database and would create the Excel spreadsheet for upload into 2CO. If you are looking for that, let me know...

BTW, I have ported a few osC contribs for ZenCart and I'm still unmarked :-)

Please send me the link to the excel to 2co upload. I've done it manually but it still doesn't show up in 2co.
