HI
I was wondering how to in the Admin interface control the email templates that are used depending on the Admin Language. That way depending on the customer we could send the email or newsletter in the correct language.
The files that need to be overriden are email_template_direct_email.php and email_template_newsletters.php

As stated here, the HTML-formatted email templates are not language-specific. The emails are based on the language you have selected, and whatever you've defined within that language for the output text.
For admin files, see /admin/includes/languages files and folders..
