I am setting-up a store that is selling training courses on CD's.
There are 12 disks to be sold as individual products or a set of all 12 disks as a singe product.
I have set-up two categories.
1 Complete Set
2 Individual Products

The Complete Set category contains 1 product of 'Complete Course Set (12 Disks)'

The Individual Products category contains 12 products each product being one of the 12 course disks.

I want to show shipping costs as follows:

National(South Africa)
Complete Course (12 disks)
Individual Couse disk
International(Rest of the World)
Complete Course (12 disks)
Individual Couse disk

Please can somebody help with this?
