My cart is not adding the Provincial Sales taxes to any province except Ontario. I followed a thread in this area from 2007 - and the resolution is not posted.

I have followed all the steps for setup according to the instructions, and tested from BC, Ont, Que.

Any suggestions on what might be wrong?
