I can't seem to get the downloads feature to work. I added the download attribute to a product and put the zipped file into the downloads folder. Everything seems to be in order. However, when I run a test order, I receive a message that the file download is expired and so I can't download it! What should I do?

What are your download settings under Admin->Configuration->Attribute Settings ?

Under Admin->Catalog->Downloads Manager, what's showing for "days" and "count" ?
When you edit the order in Admin->Customers->Orders, how many days does it say are available?
What's the status of the order?.

Under Admin->Catalog->Downloads Manager, "days" 10, downloads "1".
Does that mean each customer can download it 1 only time?
Under Admin->Config->Attribute Settings, Number of Downloads Allowed - Per Product" 1.
Is that a limit on total downloads or a limit per customer?
