Menu items on top bar

I have customized my page to include the following on the top menu bar:
Home
Contact Us
Log In
About Us
How To Order
Drug List
Consumer Warning

However when i log in into my site the menu changes to the following:

Home
Contact Us
Log Out
My Account
Shopping Cart
Checkout Monday

How can i customize the after log in menu?

Assuming your customisation took place in includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/common/tpl_header.php ... go back to what you did and close by in the code you'll find the section for tyhe logged in state. (can't remember exactly where without opening a copy of the file). Remember that adding products to the cart may also change your layout.
