Is teher any possibility to have an improved trim e-mail archive that you are able to choose which emails have to be deleted definitely. something like a checkbox or so....

we have many emails that are just informational (password forgotten, etc) and in the other side order and payment confirmation emails that are more important.

lastly, is there any way to export all emails? for this I think I could configure in email options in admin/configuration, but I don't get copy of sent emails to the given email address!!!!!
