Image folder getting too big

Hi,

Does anyone know how to categorize /image folder as it is getting too big. I would like to have different folders in /images folder so that when I add the picture of each brand from the admin, it goes directly to the respective folder. At the moment, all the pictures get added into /image folder by default and hence the folder is getting too big. Please advise. Thanks in advance.

You can create additional folders in the images directory and will have to re enter the image folder location for each product where the image is moved.

This is not an automatic folder selection based upon mfg. but you can select from the drop down "Upload to directory:" next to the image name entry box

Thank you. That works. What if I want to do this in Easy Populate? At the moment, I only have to put in the picture filenames in the field called v_products_image and all the pictures will automatically go into /image folder. I want to the pictures to go into /image/SUB_FOLDERS rather than the default directory. How do I do that please? Thanks again.
