site crashed out of the blue

hi,
my site was crashed this morning saying:

145 Table './site137/db_cache' is marked as crashed and should be repaired
in:
[db_cache table]

so i repaired the table in phpmyadmin. but now my site is up but isnt sitting as it should and says:

Warning: session_save_path() [function.session-save-path]: Unable to access /home/myname/public_html/shopV2/cache in /home/myname/public_html/includes/functions/sessions.php on line 151

Please help!! im running 1.3.7 and havent messed with any of the site for ages.

was informed by a friend that i should run a script called fix_cache_key that can be found in the downloads section here and it worked straight away.

I think my hosts must have been playing around with servers the night before and screwed it up because my cpanel is different now.

hope this helps anyone else who this may happen to!
