Resetting Virtual Downloads

I'm trying to duplicate the problem, but am not seeing any restrictions to the customer when using as you described.

I set up a new account and tried to reproduce the problem myself. I tried ordering 1 item, and multiple items, and could not reproduce the problem either. However, I have at least 5 customers complaining about this problem, and I have logged into the customers account to verify that the problem does exist.

Here is a screen shot of the customers order showing the expired days. These were 0 before I tried updating thier order. The first time it went to 25 days, then went up one day with each try. When you look at their order history, it shows an expiration date of the day it was updated.

Thank you for taking the time to look into this, but it is not worth you spending any more time on this. I have just one more question if you would be so kind. Is there any way to edit the customers past purchases to make previous orders have no expiry date?

This is going to be a problem ...

In the next release there is a fix for unlimited downloads ...

However, this changes the feature (bug) of what you are using this for where you want unlimited up to 5 downloads ...

I am going to have to see how to make a feature where unlimited downloads can be either forever ... or unlimited downloads have a limit to the number of times to make this work correctly for all cases ...
