    Default problems with orders, please help

    Hi...
    My zen cart was setup and running perfectly fine (since October) until yesterday. Now, when customers try to use their credit card, it gives the following error:

    "Your billing address is shown to the left. The billing address should match the address on your credit card statement. You can change the billing address by clicking the Change Address button."

    "Your credit card could not be authorized for this reason. Please correct any information and try again or contact us for further assistance."

    So I tried it with my credit card and it gives the same error.

    Did something go corrupt in my source code, is this an issue with my webhost, or is this an issue with authorize.net?

    Like I said, it worked fine since October, but stopped working yesterday (and I didn't fiddle with anything. I didn't do anything except get emails from annoyed customers).

    Any help would be super appreciated.

    So you were walking along with a site that has not been touched since october and working just fine ... and suddenly ... it began to rain ... er ... just stopped taking credit cards, including your own ...

    Now you have not changed code or databases or servers or anything that you are aware of ...

    Can you check if your host has changed something? New php version or new MySQL version or anything?

    Any secure certificate issues?

    My email was down yesterday, so it is possible the whole server was down for some reason or another.

    Is there something specific I should ask the tech support people? From past experience, they are sortof dumb.

    Oh, and pretty much I was just minding my merry business when I got notice of the issue. I changed nothing on the site or code.

    I contacted my webserver and they said they did no changes, the server was just down. But I'm still having the same issue where it will not let orders finalize because the billing/credit card zips do not match.

    Any suggestions of where I can go from here? I'm not a computer wiz, so I don't know where to start.

    Any help would be soooooo appreciated.

    Here is the exact email from the server people:

    There is no changes. It just using phpsuexec for the PHP, so it runs as the user for all php scripts and if it requires register globals, you have to setup the php.ini and configure it accordly.

    You can download the copy of php.ini from www.micfo.com/phpsupport/ and configure it and put in your directory that have it own index.php for it.

    If anyone needs more details, please let me know. I'm desperate here. I don't even know what to try.

    I am the only one with access to the scripts and I changed nothing. My webserver says they didn't do anything different.

    So I'm lost and losing money.

    I'm experiencing similar problems on one of my sites ... everything was working perfectly and suddenly the whole order process is giving all sorts of problems.

    One thing I've noticed is that my hosting company have upgraded their PHP to version 5 (5.2.1 to be exact).

    Can anyone confirm or deny if Zen (Ver 1.3.7) runs on PHP 5?
