Refund with Paypal Payment

If I do a refund for an order that was Paypal, I'm assuming it will go back to their Paypal.

Will it eliminate the fee Paypal charges me?

If you are using the PayPal Express, you can do a full or partial refund ... in the Zen Cart Admin ...

Note: it will not allow you to "over" refund an order ...

It would be best if you create your own orders and test out full and partial refunds so that you can see how it works ...

You can do $1.00 orders or whatever amount and make multiple refunds ... each is detailed for you ... or full refunds etc.

Yes, if you refund a payment you get the fees you paid back.

You said using Paypal Express you can do a partial or full refund inside zencart admin... What about if you are not using Express but Payments Standard? How and where do you handle paypal refunds?

Via paypal..should then show in your zencart install
