    Default Paypal IPN problem with state and phone number on UK customers Solution

    Hi people,

    This fix will allow county information to be transfered to paypal IPN and the full phone number.

    1. Install attached paypalcountiesV1.sql in zones using phpmyadmin

    2. Switch on 'state - always display as a pulldown' in configuration, customer details.

    3. Install the latest paypal patch if you haven't already from:

    4. Install attached paypal.php into includes/modules/payment

    Thanks for sharing your fixes.

    Note that the PayPal module file should be updated with the newer patch posted today, which also includes resolution for the telephone issues (albeit in a slightly different way than you did), amongst several other fixes and improvements:
