Getting this error out of nowhere....had this before but updated some files from here http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=56216 and it was all working and now for some bizzare reason I get this again.

1. What did you do "last time" to fix the problem?
2. I suspect it's related to file-permissions. What are they set to (for the paypal_curl.php file)?
You may need to talk to your hosting company for assistance on resolving the permission-denied error..
