Have uploaded database onto remote site. All database files are doubled with site name prefix attached on half of them. Site doesn't recognise prefixed files as site files. How can I upload without prefix or remove prefix from files?

It would be easier to edit your includes/config.php and admin/includes/configure.php files to apply the prefix.
