    Default Broken Site... help please...

    Folks,

I know you must all hate these sort of questions, but I have a broken site and I need to get it fixed quickly.

I was showing someone how to add products this morning to a site (and no, I didn't check to see if they had a current backup) and I've broken it.

When I click on a link on the categories panel, I get the following error.

1054 Unknown column 'p.products_id' in 'on clause'

I have no idea why. We canceled the additions and there is nothing new in either the products or categories tables to show that anything changed.

The site in on Zen Cart 1.2.4.1 (and yes, I will upgrade it once I get this fixed, if I can work out how).

    Thanks heaps..

    Peter.

Did your host recently make changes to your site such as go to php 5.x?

    Thanks for this information.

I've just found all the posts about mysql 5 and that is what the server I'm using is running.

I don't understand why its suddenly broken though given its been running fine here for ages now and as far as I can tell the site has been up for 214 days now with no problems.

Is there a way to track down the offending query and fix it temporarily while I get to the upgrade? There are quite a few customizations to the site that I'm guessing will break when I do the upgrade.

    Ta

    Peter.
