Switch off Paymaent Mode

From my shop I want to permanently delete Authorize.net SIM, The Zen Cart FREE CHARGE CARD, cash on delivery.
How it can be possible.

No need to delete...just do not enable them in the admin

Why would you want to delete it? It can easily be removed from the entire site using the technique kobra mentioned?

"de-activating it" from within the Admin is just like "deleting it" totally (from the cart interface that is). I would be careful just "deleting files" in Zen -- especially when the ability to "de-activate" them is already given to you from within the Admin. If you're not sure, I'd leave it go. Deleting files can have an adverse affect on the operation of your cart.
