I've enlarged font size (via browser user style sheet) and inserted a wider-than-normal product image in product info page, to get a feel of the layout's adaptability. The result is shown in the linked image.

Now, mainwrapper by default is fixed width, so I'm not surprised that the test image goes over the right border of it. But look at navbreadcrumb, it actually expands with the product image. I like that but I can't figure out how to make mainwrapper do the same. In fact I'm not even sure why navbreadcrumb is so clever.
I've thought about this for a long time and I feel I just a little hint. Can anyone please enlighten me? If I knew why navbreadcrumb is elastic, then I should be able to work out how to make the mainwrapper do the same.
By the way I'm using ZC 1.3.7 and the only code change I've done is making the category icon and product main image display none in the style sheet.
