Funny that my "Enter" key works fine in Notepad, but not in the post input. I don't get it. I've been over-working Firefox and it's extensions, so I guess I deserve it.

I tried editing my stylesheet like you suggested.
h2.centerBoxHeading {margin: 0em; background-color: #1D5685; background-image: url(../images/bg_box_header.gif); padding: 0.5em 0.2em; font-size: 1.3em; color: #ffffff;}

I even changed it to
h2.centerBoxHeading {margin: 0em; background-color: #1D5685; background-image: url(../images/bg_box_header.gif); padding: 0.0em 0.0em; font-size: 1.3em; color: #ffffff;}
did not seem to change a thing.

Sorry, I'm not the best at explaining. So, I'm to blame for the misguided Selector tweaks. I have a hard time converting thought into word. I should stick to poetry. Although, I think I would add to confusion even more, in regards to explaining in Haiku or simple rhyme.

Can this contribution be used instead of the PayPal verified sidebox? I noticed it displays a PayPal verified logo, but does clicking the logo direct customers to the PayPal website at which they can view the verified status?

Yes, All you have to do is add an html image link.

I did it the other way around and just added the credit card images to the paypal verified sidebox
