Problem when discount coupon is for 100%...

Whenever I have a coupon that is for 100% off (me testing out the store) I go to check out and at the very last page before it takes you to paypal, I hit confirm and get this error:

Email Error: Could not instantiate mail function.

Any idea how to fix this? It only happens when it's for 100% off. I'd really appreciate it!

Check your email functions and settings.

All my email settings look ok to me, but I am new to zen, I have no idea. When I send an email through the contact us page, it works....I pasted all my email config info below. Do you have any idea what might be wrong?

well someone can remove that quoted info, please. i found the problem was actually with my email account. contacting my host now.
