Zen Link Every Added New Product To Another Category

Hi, This , I have never seen. I installed my zen 1.3.7 with some contribution also, now when I add a product, zen get automatically link it to a category RANDOMELY, it means every new product get link to a different category.

can somebody help me, I have to go to Products to Multiple Categories Link Manager in admin/attribute/ .... for every product and disable this link one by one. ooooooooops.

in between I found a threat in

and I did all reset in admin/store manager and did update as I don't have many products, but it didn't change, although the error message of Master category problem disapear, but when I add a product, automatically linked to one another category randomely.
can it be due to installation and the uninstallation of an extra language? because I did it!!!!!!!!!!!!!
can somebody help me?

does anybody think if I reinstall database, it will resolve the problem? or does this comes from the files?

Check your products_to_categories table ...

This should only contain products_id and categories_id that actually exist ...

If it contains more, then as you add products if they happen to match up, they will be linked ...

this is what actually I see in products_to_categories table in browser of the table:

at this time, when I add a product, immediately I have to look at it again to see with which category has been linked because it's randomely, and then I do delete this product but in delete page, I deselect the origine category(red color) and let the unwanted linked category to be deleted.
very time loosing , and I don't know what I have to do.

What products_id are in the products table?

Something sounds off on the database tables if you are having this happen ...
